摘要

人際關係的好壞會影響一個人幸福感的高低，而家庭關係又是青少年接觸最早、接觸時間最久的。 加上，我們知道青春期是人生中一個很特別的階段，這個時期的台灣青少年不但面臨聯考的壓力，還要適應身體上和心理上的變化。所以本文想了解，在這個時期，家庭關係與青少年的幸福感有怎樣的關係？本文依據Minuchin的家庭系統理論，將家庭關係分成婚姻關係（父母感情）、父母關係（親職衝突）、親子關係和手足關係四個面向來探討。本文採用一份具全國代表性的樣本－－「台灣教育長期追蹤資料庫」(Taiwan Education Panel Survey，簡稱TEPS )，合併使用其中第三波和第四波高中卅高職、五專的學生問卷，和第三波的家長問卷調查結果來進行分析。得到以下幾項結論：一、家庭關係影響青少年的幸福感；二、相較有手足青少年，家庭關係對獨生青少年幸福感的影響較大；三、相較異性家長，同性家長的接納對青少年幸福感的影響較大；四、與母親衝突會影響青少年幸福感（呈顯著負相關），但與父親衝突則不會影響其幸福感；五、父母管教項目與親子衝突無關，也不會影響青少年幸福感。

Family relation plays an important role, as this is the first and the longest bond. In addition, we all know puberty is a very special stage to all teens especially those in Taiwan where they face pressures from taking national exams and also adapting to body and psychological changes during this period. As such, this thesis will be focusing on how family relationship plays a role in the adolescent’s happiness. The discussion will be divided into 4 sections based on Minuchin’s family systems theory, namely marital relationship, parent relationship, Parent-Child relationship and sibling relationship. Sample data were extracted and compiled from 3th and 4th wave student surveys, and 3th wave parenting surveys of Taiwan Education Panel Survey (TEPS). The conclusions are: (1) Family relationship influences the level of happiness of adolescences; (2) Family relationship is more important to adolescence without siblings; (3) Adolescences show more happiness if the acceptance is from parent of the same sex as the child; (4) Conflicts with the mother negatively impact the happiness level while the same with the father has no affect; (5) Parental monitoring is not correlated with parent-child conflicts, neither does it affect happiness.
