Automobile is a major transportation tool today. The threshold into the automotive repair industry is not high. Consequently, automobile maintenance factories were increased gradually year after year. Mechanical parts and components on the car have more than one thousand species. It is difficult for automobile maintenance factories to include all the maintenance projects to meet the needs of customers. This study applied project management in parts purchase for automobile maintenance factory. In order to get better parts procurement resource planning project life cycle was nested. Parts purchase time performance appraisal was proposed to provide better service quality. The results show that the competitive advantage was strengthened, procurement time was reduced, and automobile maintenance factories are easy to manage.
