The Application of Project Management in Parts Purchase for Automobile Maintenance Factory

摘要

隨著時代的變遷與進步，汽車成為現代人代步工具，汽車產業的發達外加上進入汽車維修產業的門檻又不高，讓民營汽車保修廠連年逐漸增加，但汽車上的機件與零件有千餘種，一間保修廠難以概括所有維修項目，所以分別以不同的專業領域來服務顧客所需，除了提高服務品質之外，也可以減少零件採購的複雜性。
本研究藉由專案管理手法應用於民營汽車保修廠零件採購上，將零件採購套入專案生命週期中，試圖達到更好的採購資源規劃，並針對改善後零件採購時間流程提出績效評估，提供更好的顧客服務品質，希望強化其競爭優勢、減少採購時間，以利民營汽車保修廠方便管理。

Automobile is a major transportation tool today. The threshold into the automotive repair industry is not high. Consequently, automobile maintenance factories were increased gradually year after year. Mechanical parts and components on the car have more than one thousand species. It is difficult for automobile maintenance factories to include all the maintenance projects to meet the needs of customers.
This study applied project management in parts purchase for automobile maintenance factory. In order to get better parts procurement resource planning project life cycle was nested. Parts purchase time performance appraisal was proposed to provide better service quality. The results show that the competitive advantage was strengthened, procurement time was reduced, and automobile maintenance factories are easy to manage.
