紡織成衣產業赴中國大陸人員生涯發展與規劃之研究

本研究旨在探討紡織成衣產業赴中國大陸人員生涯發展之生命經驗，透過質性研究，讓研究參與者從過去到現在的經驗中呈現其生涯歷程，並藉由經驗的敘說瞭解其生命主題，再經過重新敘說的歷程發展新的生涯故事。研究目的為瞭解紡織成衣產業人員赴中國大陸之生涯發展歷程，進而探討其赴中國大陸對其未來生涯發展的期待與想法，以及未來之生涯規劃。本研究透過立意採樣選取6位紡織成衣產業赴中國大陸人員為研究對象，蒐集資料方式採取半結構式訪談提綱之深度訪談法進行研究，資料採用紮根理論整理分析，找出核心概念、形成架構脈絡。研究結果發現，研究對象透過工作歷練發展出生涯方向，藉由跨國界的生涯發展機會，累積不同於臺灣的工作經驗，提升個人的專業成長，並影響個人未來的生涯規劃。最後根據研究結果，進行深入討論，並提供具體建議，以作為未來產業工作者選擇其生涯發展規劃之參考。

This thesis aims to discuss, from the researcher’s perspective, the life experience of career development in the textile and garment industry in China and to understand the life purposes through the process of description from experience. The career development from the study researcher, through narrative research, is presented and discussed in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to understand the career development of the researcher in the textile and garment industry in Mainland China, and to probe into the future thoughts and expectations of attending Mainland China and the impacts on the career planning and development. Six people who have work experience in textiles and garment industry in China are selected to join this study. This study adopts grounded theory to get data from semi-structural deep interviews. The result of study finding that the participants develop their career planning is depended on their work experience. Furthermore, cross-nation job opportunities give the participants different experience with Taiwan, improve professional development and impact on their career planning and development. According to further discussion in the study, this thesis provides concrete suggestions and can be the suggestion of career planning for industry job selections in the future.
