徒手整復尺骨骨幹骨折：一病例報告

單純尺骨幹骨折是少見的前臂骨折，尺骨骨幹骨折若未位移、輕度位移未超過50%或成角畸形小於10°，可用石膏托暫時固定，例如sugar-tong splint，再換成功能支架固定約8周。其他情形建議手術內固定。這位單純尺骨幹骨折有輕度位移的病人，因不欲進行開刀手術治療，而以傳統徒手整復方式治療，得到不錯的療效。

Simple ulnar shaft fracture is rare forearm fractures, if no displacement of the ulnar shaft fractures, mild displacement of not more than 50% or angular deformity less than 10°, can be temporarily fixed plaster, such as sugar-tong splint, and then replace the functional support about 8 weeks. Other cases suggested internal fixation. This ulnar fracture patient with mild displacement, who did not want to take surgery and he choose close reduction for the illness. Fortunately, the result is good.
