中醫治療反覆性陰道感染病例報告
A Case Report of TCM Treatment on Recurrent Candidal Vaginitis
摘要
陰道炎屬中醫帶下、陰癢範疇，其病因與濕熱、牌虛、飲食、風冷、濕痰、七情房室、損傷有關，提出此一病例報告，以臟腑病機四大要素：病因、病位、病性、病勢方式分析臨床診治思路供中醫同道參考。

The candidal vaginitis is classified under leukorrhea and pruritus vulvae in traditional Chinese medicine. The occurrence of candidal vaginitis is related to damp heat, spleen dysfunction, diet, wind-coldness, damp-phlegm, damage of seven emotions and improper sexual activity. On the basis of four major factors of the bowels and viscera pathomechanism-cause, location, pathological character and dynamic of disease, this case report tried to discuss the clinical diagnosis and management and to provide reference for clinical Chinese medicine physicians.
