以化學合成法製作聚醯胺6涼感纖維之研究

A Study on the Fabrication of Cooling Polyamide 6 Yarns by Using Chemical Synthesis Method

摘要


本研究主要分為三個部分:第一部分為涼感懸浮液之製備,首先將濕式研磨之涼感粉體、去離子水及分散劑配製成可降低涼感粉體之平均粒徑,提高其分散性與保存性之涼感懸浮液,並探討以不同分散劑複方對涼感粉體表面電位之影響。第二部分為聚醯胺6涼感切片之合成,以原位聚合法經過開環、聚合反應、冷卻固化、乾燥、破碎、純化等步驟而製成,並以相對黏度進行可紡性評估、FT-IR做化學性質分析、SEM觀察涼感粉體在聚醯胺6切片中之分散狀況、TGA及DSC做熱性質分析。第三部分為涼感梭織物功能性測試,採用Q-max、紅外線熱影像溫差、吸水高度、UPF及柔軟度以做為功能性分析。經過研究結果後發現:當添加之分散劑複方PPG和焦磷酸鈉之比例為1:2時,涼感懸浮液可以有最佳平均粒徑值345.06nm、表面電位為-38.83mV,且涼感懸浮液於第三天以後才有沉降現象,且合成出之涼感切片有最高之相對黏度值2.184。涼感梭織物經測試後發現:隨著涼感紗的比例增加,其涼感功能、吸濕性、柔軟性會隨之增加。該系列梭織物可作為女性內衣、罩衫、洋裝、短褲、防曬衣物及帽子用布料等終端用途。

This study is divided into three parts. The first part was fabrication of cooling slurry, added cooling powder by wet grinding method, deionized water (DI Water), dispersant formulated to reduce the average particle size of the cooling powder, and to increasing dispersibility, preservation for cooling slurry. This study also discussed the effects of zeta potential with different dispersant compound. The second part was fabrication of polyamide 6 cooling chips by using chemical synthesis method with in-situ polymerization of ε-caprolactam. After open-ring reaction, polymerization, cooled and solidified, drying procedures, and crushing, purification, polyamide 6 cooling chips were obtained. We also used the relative viscosity property to assess spinning ability, the chemical structure analysis by FT-IR, the cooling powder’s dispersion inside the polyamide 6 fibers by SEM observation, and the thermal properties analysis were by TGA and DSC. The third part was cooling woven fabric’s functional test, including the Q-max test, FLIR analysis, moisture transferring height test, UPF and softness test. The best performance of cooling slurry suspension for added PPG and sodium pyrophosphate for dispersant compound ratio is 1:2, it has the best average particle size is 345.06nm, and -38.83mV for zeta potential measurement, and the suspension could be conserved more than two days, and also could fabrication of polyamide 6 cooling chips for the relative viscosity is 2.184. After the physical and chemical test of the cooling woven fabrics, it has the better cooling functional, and moisture transferring performance, softness and UPF were also increased. This series of cooling woven fabrics could be used in women’s underwear, gown, dresses, shorts, sunscreen clothes and hats with garment end-use.
