隨著健康觀念意識的提升,民眾在運動的時間與花費上有明顯的上升。本研究為利用問卷調查方式並且結合模糊重要度-滿意度分析法,以及二維品質模式,進行探討台中市室外網球場之服務品質。本研究總計發放問卷500份,回收有效問卷483份,有效問卷之回收率為96.6%。本研究結果發現:「網球場場地平整,經常維護」、「網球場能時常更換新球網」以及「網球場能時常舉辦促銷活動或訓練營」,這三項服務品質是室外網球業者所必須優先改善及重點關注。最後並根據上述結論提出一些建議,以做為室外網球場業者一種未來改善服務品質之參考依據。
With increasing health consciousness, people have spent more time and money in their exercise time. This study used questionnaires and integrated Fuzzy importance-performance analysis (Fuzzy IPA) and two-dimensional quality model to explore the service quality of outdoor tennis court in Taichung. A total number of 500 questionnaires were released and 483 valid questionnaires were returned; hence, the response rate is 96.6%. Through 483 effective samples are analyzed, the results of this study showed 3 items are the top priority and most important service quality for improvement, that is, "Tennis court can provide correct bill and consuming records", "Tennis court can keep the flatness of the ground", and "Tennis court can host promotions or training camps". Finall, some suggestions are provided for improving the service quality of tennis court in the future.
