緒論:本研究目的係以二維模式結合重要-表現分析法,探討高雄市公立國民中學學生體育課教學品質之現況。方法:研究方法採問卷調查法,以隨機抽樣的方式分別從高雄市北區與南區各抽取8所學校,再以立意抽樣選取高雄市公立國民中學之學生為研究對象。研究工具則係採「國民中學體育課教學品質之調查」問卷,內容包括「教學表現」、「專業能力」、「資源運用」、「教學評量」及「師生互動」五大構面,共25題,並以 高雄市某間國中180位學生為預試對象,以項目分析、因素分析與內部一致性分析檢視問卷的信效度。正式問卷調查時間為104年4月至5月,回收有效問卷435份,以二維模式與重要-表現分析法進行資料分析探討國中體育課教學品質。結果:研究結果顯示,高雄市公立國中學校體育課的關鍵教學品質要素包括「學校上課場地的環境完善」、「學校上課場地的空間足夠」、「學校上課器材的品質完善」、「學校上課器材的數量足夠」、「以溫和的態度與學生溝通」等五項,意即如能加強體育課的場地空間與器材以及教師溝通的態度,將可增加學生在體育課學習的成效與滿意度。結論:本研究之結論為,學校場地空間與體育器材係影響國中體育課教學品質的關鍵要素。
Introduction: Teaching quality is the key of learning effectiveness in the students’ learning process. Increasing teaching quality can enhance students’ learning motivation and satisfaction in the physical education curriculum so as to achieve the purpose of well-being development. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to explore teaching quality of physical education (PE) curriculum at national junior high school in Kaohsiung City via combining Kano quality model and importance-performance analysis approach. Method: The method of this study adopted questionnaire survey. Random sampling was used to select 8 national junior high schools from north area and south area in Kaohsiung City, respectively, and then purposive sampling was utilized to sample participants who study at national junior high school in Kaohsiung City. "The questionnaire of teaching quality of physical education curriculum at national junior high school" was developed by researcher, including 5 dimensions (teaching performance, professional competence, resource utilization, teaching assessment, and teacher-student interaction) and 25 items. One hundred and eighty copy questionnaires were gathered for pilot study. Item analysis, factor analysis and Cornbach's α were used to test the reliability and validity of scale. A total of 435 participants were engaged in this study during 2015 April to May. The combination of Kano quality model and importance-performance analysis approach was used for data analysis. Result: The results of this study showed that the key indicators of teaching quality of physical education curriculum at national junior high school in Kaohsiung City were "improving the PE teaching environment", "sufficient space for PE class", "maintaining the PE facilities", " adequate PE facilities for PE class" and "gentle communicating with students". In other words, students' learning efficiency and learning satisfaction in PE class can be improved via enhancing teaching environment, space, facilities and teachers' communication. Conclusion: To summary, space and facilities are the most important elements for physical education at junior high school.
