Overviews of the Methods for Age Determination of Body Fluids Left in Crime Scenes

摘要


刑案現場遺留的生物性檢體,除可進行DNA鑑定以確認嫌犯身分外,若能進一步鑑定其遺留時間,則對於警方辦案亦將有所助益。本文針對目前文獻上關於刑案現場體液遺留時間鑑定之方法進行探討,依光學法、生物化學法、分子生物學法及其他方法等分類進行介紹,希冀提供法醫鑑識實務之參考。

It will be helpful for the criminal investigation if the biological evidence left in the crime scene could be further used on age determination in addition to individualization. In this report, papers for the studies of age determination of body fluids left in crime scenes will be reviewed following the classification of optical methods, biological methods, molecular biology methods, and the others. We look forward to providing the reference for the forensic practice.
