創造力導入軍隊社會工作教育的可行性初探-以個案工作課程為例

摘要


創造力是社會工作學系學生學習過程中的重要環節,但是許多社會工作教育者仍然不確定如何在教學過程提高學生創造力,並協助學生將其從課堂所學轉化為實踐,在此議題著墨的相關研究則少之又少。因此,本文擬就《創造力教育白皮書》中的「課程與教學」面向,側重於軍隊社會工作教育層面進行思考與論述,聚焦於作者自身教授個案工作課程進行反思與討論。在文章鋪成先從過去文獻與理論著手,探討創造力在軍隊社會工作教育與實務工作的重要性與內涵,同時將創造力的理論與研究發展結果,納入軍隊社會工作教育之「個案工作課程」反思,並嘗試提出三個層次與五大主題之教學主題和執行策略。期望本文之結果能夠提供後續軍隊社會工作教育者一個參考的方向,以共同推動與落實軍隊社會工作教育與實務工作的結合。

Creativity is an important part of the learning process for students in social work departments, but many social work educators are still unsure how to improve students' creativity in the teaching process and how to help students translate what they learn from the classroom into practice. Therefore, this paper intends to focus on "curriculum and teaching", focusing on discussing on the education level of military social work, and focusing on the reflection and discussion on the case work courses. Paved in the article first from the past literature and theories, to explore creativity the importance of social work education and practice in the military. At the same time, the theory of creativity and the results of the research and development, into the military "case work course" of social work education, and attempts to put forward three levels with five major subject teaching subject and the execution of the strategy. The results are expected to provide a direction for military social work educators to jointly promote the integration of social work education and practice.
