對於運動休閒產業而言,在快速變動、日益求新的全球化環境中,傳統守成的員工已逐漸不符合產業期望與時代脈絡。因此,如何培育具備主動積極、勇於創造機會的職場新鮮人,已成為運動相關系所首要面對之挑戰。目的:本研究擬採用主動動機理論為架構,用以探討大學生創造力之影響脈絡。方法:本研究以運動休閒科系的大學生為參與者,以時間間隔方式蒐集資料,以瞭解運動休閒科系大學生在主動人格與自我效能、創造力之關聯性。結果:自我效能部分中介了主動人格與創造力的關係。自我效能被視為一種動機過程,當作人格特性與行為產出之中介變項,用以解釋具備主動人格的個體展現創造力的內在機制。結論:研究成果除能拓展主動動機理論之應用範疇外,並希望能提供學校培育單位之參考依據。
In the rapidly changing era of globalization, preservative employees no longer meet the expectation of the sports industry, nor do they catch up with the fast-paced times. How to cultivate college graduates to be active and daring has now become a major challenge for the sports related departments. Purpose: The researcher adopts the proactive motivation theory to discuss the current state of college students' creativity. Methods: The research recruited college students from sports and leisure-related departments as participants and collects data under time intervals. Results: The results indicated that self-efficacy could partially medicate the relationship between proactive personality and creativity of college students. Self-efficacy could regard as the motivational process which serves as the mediator between personality and behavioral outcomes. Self-efficacy could also regard as the internal mechanism for people with proactive personality to exert their creativity. Conclusion: By expanding the use of the proactive motivation model, the research results are expected to serve as consultation to schools.
