個人雲商業模式可行性之探討

近年來，於全球雲端運算產業及全球智慧家庭產業中，消費者對於資訊隱私及安全性的意識提升，用戶在考慮購買智慧家庭裝置時，其隱私和安全性是採用的關鍵，而雲端儲存中的資料私密性及讓用戶能在不同雲端服務供應商間移轉也是用戶重視的議題。因此，為能滿足廣泛的用戶族群的需求，造就個人雲端平台的發展，故如何從單一產品開拓個人雲的商業模式等相關議題，將具有探討的價值，為本文研究個人雲端商業模式的構想，並且藉由探討個人雲端商業模式的可行性，據以作為DEXATEK新營運策略的依據。因此，本研究根據分析的結果，獲得了以下幾項研究發現，並且將內容概述如下：一、雲端及物聯網趨勢為標準化、安全隱密性、輕量化。二、智慧家庭市場趨勢為串聯智慧家庭設備、隱私性及安全性。三、個人雲商業模式之價值主張應與未來雲端及智慧家庭趨勢吻合。
