家長對學齡前兒童使用口腔保健服務之認知、態度及使 用情形之探討

摘要

學齡前兒童使用塗氟服務對整體健康因素而言，有非常大的幫助，因病至牙科就診率則受到平時以保健為目的至牙科進行口腔保健服務的影響，我國雖積極推行學齡前免費牙齒塗氟，但成效僅有7％左右，建議未來研究者可著墨落實度原因分析。

Abstract
Background : Although many parents know that children have oral health problems, but the children 's oral health care is poor .Ministry of Health and Welfare grants free fluoride application every six months for preschoolers, but the utilization rate less
than 7 %, indicating that there is still a very large room for improvement .
Objective: To understand the difference between the extent of preschoolers using oral health services and their oral health, and to investigate the effects of related factors .
Research Methods: A questionnaire survey of 300 preschool object. Surveying place for primary schools and kindergartens are in Taichung City , during December 2012 to January 2013 .
Results:Through the analysis found that children fluoride group their oral health conscious is higher than those without fluoride
Conclusion: The use of fluoride services on the overall health is significant, dental visits has big influence on fluoride services, although we are promoting our free dental fluoride application, but the effect is only about 7%, suggest future reserchers
can put emphasis on the cause of low using rate.
