The growing threat of global warming and energy shortage shave created an urgent demand for reconstructing outdated building structures; the "green roof", to this effect, has garnered a great deal of research attention. In this study, we evaluated the financial benefit of fitting the Computer Science & Information Engineering (CSIE) Building at National Taiwan University with a green roof. By modeling the building's energy consumption in eQUEST software, we established an energy-saving reconstruction scheme and found that the green roof is most cost-effective when the area over the air-conditioning system was paved; further, among the several factors included in the model, we found that increase and decrease of electricity usage was the factor with the most influence on the evaluation index. |

在全球暖化,能源使用日趨緊張的今天,舊建築的改造日益受到重視,增設綠屋頂是很重要的一個改造手段。綠屋頂有許多正面的社會效應,本研究僅針對綠屋頂可計量的節能效益部分進行財務評價,以臺灣大學資訊工程館為例,應用eQUEST軟體對資工館的能耗進行模擬,研究資工館綠屋頂的節能改造方案及效果,發現在該案例中,對空調區域的屋頂進行綠屋頂鋪設成本效益最佳,而對評價指標影響最大的因素是電費的增減。 |
