This study aimed to investigate the relationship between junior high school teachers' perceptions and attitudes toward the behavioral intention of applying digital teaching materials. One hundred fifty junior high school teachers in Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung were investigated. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the Predictive variable "the factor of perceptions on improving the teaching efficiency", "the factor of attitudes toward applying digital teaching materials", "the factor of perceptions on learning from the digital material" and "the factor of improving toward teaching context toward the behavioral intention of applying digital teaching materials". Finally, based on the findings, some suggestions for the educational authorities, school teachers, and further studies are recommended in the study.
