本研究主要在探討樂齡大學學員學習遷移與生活品質之關係,採用問卷調查法,針對大台南地區十三所樂齡大學的學員進行調查,總計回收有效問卷405份。研究工具為「樂齡大學學員學習遷移與生活品質關係之研究調查問卷」,統計方法使用描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步回歸分析,本研究結論歸納如下: 一、樂齡大學學員的學習遷移屬於中等程度,其中以「垂直遷移」層面的感受最佳 二、樂齡大學學員的生活品質屬於中上程度,其中以「環境互動」層面的感受最佳 三、影響樂齡大學學員學習遷移的個人背景變項為「經濟狀況」、「教育程度」 四、影響樂齡大學學員生活品質的個人背景變項為「經濟狀況」、「健康狀況」、「教育程度」 五、樂齡大學學員學習遷移與生活品質具有顯著的相關 六、樂齡大學學員學習遷移可以有效預測生活品質 就上述所獲致之結果,本研究分別提出建議,提供對樂齡大學辦學單位、高齡教師、樂齡大學學員及後續研究者等參考,以提升樂齡大學學員的生活品質。
This study explores the relationship between the transfer of learning and quality of life for trainees of senior citizens learning camp using a questionnaire based method completed by trainees attending 13 senior citizen learning camps in the Tainan area. The study consisted of 405 completed questionnaires based on various methods including Statistical Methods, Descriptive Statistic, Independent-Sample Test, One Way Anova, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Stepwise Regression analysis. The conclusions from the study are summarized as follow: 1. The trainees of senior citizens learning camp consider the best way to learn is by “Vertical transfer”; 2. Most of the trainees of senior citizens learning camp feel their quality of life to be at a high level due to their interactive environment; 3. The effective transfer of learning for trainees of senior citizens learning camp depends on variables such as “economy”and “education”; 4. The quality of life of trainees of senior citizens learning camp depends on variables such as “economy” ,“state of health” and “education level”; 5. Trainees’ transfer of learning is significantly related to quality of life; and 6. Trainees’ transfer of learning can predict the quality of life Based on the results gained from the above study recommendations were provided to running universities of senior citizens learning camp, teachers and trainees of senior citizens learning camp, and future researchers aimed at improving the life quality of the trainees of senior citizens learning camp.
