技職院校學生休閒活動參與狀況之研究

A Study on Technical and Vocational College Students Status in Participating Leisure Activities

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解技職體系學生的休閒狀况,以四所技職院校學生1100位爲對象,幷采用休閒活動參與狀况問卷爲研究工具。資料蒐集統整後,經因素分析、單因子變異數分析及差異考驗等統計方法處理,將休閒活動分爲十類:包括技擊性休閒活動、消遣性休閒活動、旅游性休閒活動、康樂性休閒活動、消費性休閒活動、團體性休閒活動、水上及藝術性休閒活動、靜態性休閒活動、脚程性休閒活動及雙人性球類休閒活動等,來分析不同學校及性別差異參與的狀況。所得的結果如下: 一、技職院校學生實際參與程度最高的項目為靜態性休閒活動(看書報、雜誌、電視、收聽音樂廣播),次為康樂性休閒活動(唱卡拉OK、看電影、MTV、看電視、逛街、散步);參與程度最低的項目爲技擊性休閒活動(柔道、空手道、跆拳道、國術、重量訓練),次爲消費性休閒活動(高爾夫球、保齡球、撞球、射箭)。 二、㈠「技擊性」休閒活動:海洋大學參與程度高於雲林技術學院、屏東技術學院、台灣工業技術學院。 ㈡「消遺性」休閒活動:屏東技術學院參與程度高於海洋大學。 ㈢「旅遊性」休閒活動:屏東技術學院參與程度高於雲林技術學院。 ㈣「康樂性」休閒活動:四個學校之閒未達顯著差異。 ㈤「消費性」休閒活動:海洋大學參與程度較高於屏東技術學院。 ㈥「團體性」休閒活動:四個學校參與程度相差不多,較為普遍。 ㈦「水上及藝術性」休閒活動:雲林技術學院參與程度高於海洋大學。 ㈧「靜態性」休閒活動:四所學校參與程度沒有明顯差別。 ㈨「腳程性」休閒活動:雲林技術學院參與程度高於海洋大學 ㈩「雙人性球類」休閒活動:屏東技術學校參與程度比雲林技術學院高。 三、技職院校男生參與技擊性休閒活動、消費性休閒活動及團體性休閒活動等三項之程度高於女生;但在康樂性休閒活動中參與的程度上女生卻高於男生。其餘之消遺性休閒活動、水上及藝術休閒活動、靜態性休閒活動、旅遊性休閒活動、脚程性休閒活動與雙人性休閒活動的男、女參與程度未達顯著差異。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate technical and vocational collage students' status in participating leisure activities.1100 students were randomly selected from four technical and vocational colleges. They were asked to fill out the questionnaire of the status in participating leisure activities. The results were analyed by useing factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. These leisure activities were classified into ten categories, which include combative sports, recreational activities, itinerary activities, leisure exercises, consumptive activities, outdoor venture activities, team games, aquatic and artistic activities, static activities, and dual ball games. The status and motivation of the selected samples were analyzed. The results of this study indicated: 1. The highest rate of leisure activities participated by technical and vocational college students were static activities, and the second were leisure exercises. The lowest rate of leisure activities participated by technical and vocational college students was combative sports, and followed by consumptive activities. 2.(1) For ”combative sports,” the participating rate of NTOU(National Taiwan Ocean Univrsity)was higher than NYIT's (National Yunlin Institute of Technolgy), NTIT's (National Taiwan Institute of Technology), and NPPI's (National Pintung, Polytech Institute). (2)For ”recreational activities,” the participating rate of NPPI was higher than NTOU's. (3)For ”itinerary activities,” the participating rate of NPPI was higher than NYIT's. (4)For ”leisure exercises,” there was no significant difference among four college in the participaring rate. (5)For ”consumptive activities,” the participating rate of NTON was higher than NPPI's. (6)For ”team games,” there was no significant difference among four colleges in the participating rate. (7)For ”aquatic and artistic activities,” the participating rate of NYIT was higher than NTOU's. (8)For ”staic activities,” there wsa no significant difference among four college in the participating rate. (9)For ”footing exercises,” the participating rate of NYIT was higher than NTOU'S. (10)For ”dual ball games,” the participating rate of NPPI was higher than NYIT's. 3.For technical and vocational college, the rete of male students' participation in combative sports, consumption activities and team games were higher than female students'; however, for leisure exercise, the participation rate of female students were higher than the male's. The participating rate of combative sports, consumptive activities, and team games, male students' were higher than the female's. In terms of leisure exercise participation rate, female students' were higher than the male's. For other leisure activities, there were no significant difference between the male and female's participation rate.
