家族性滲出性玻璃體網膜症－病例報告
Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy-A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一三個月大的女嬰，出生後即發現有右眼斜視之現象，眼底檢查顯示右眼有一致密之網膜前纖維膜，引起牽引性網膜剝離；左眼顳側有一三角形血管纖維塊，外側為無血管區，視神經盤牽扯及黃斑異位明顯，血管週有黃白滲出物，伴輕度網膜剝離，病人無早產及氧氣施予、產期併發症等之病史，診為家族性滲出性玻璃體網膜症。左眼施予冷凍療法及鞏膜外扣箍術，追踪半年癒後良好。

This is a 3-month-old girl baby, manifested by right esotropia since birth. Fundus examination revealed: a dense pre-retinal membrane and tractional retinal detachment in right eye; a triangular fibrovascular mass in the temporal periphery, avascular area, evident disc traction, hetropia macula, perivascular exudate and mild tractional retinal detachment in the left eye. There is no history of prematurity, oxygen therapy nor perinatal complication. The diagnosis is Familial exudative vitreo-retinopathy. Cryotherapy and scleral buckling were performed on O.S. The result is good after a 6-month follow-up.
