臨床護理主管對護理系科畢業生能力之評值分析

A Survey: Nursing Director's Evaluation on the Nursing Graduated Students' Competence

摘要


本研究之目的在描述護理主管對於應屆護理畢業生應具備的能力,以及對某校護理畢業生所具備的特質與護理能力的評值。本研究為質性研究設計,立意取樣邀請16位參與者,透過主題性、半結構性問卷的訪談收集資料。本研究以樣板式分析法(Template analysis),依據台灣護理教育評鑑委員會所提的八項專業核心素養為主軸,將訪談內容分析歸納與比較,結果如下:100%主管提到一般臨床護理能力的重要性,其他依序為溝通與合作能力(62.5%)、基礎生物醫學科學(37.5%)、批判性思考能力(18.75%),12. 5%參與者均提及關愛、倫理素養、克盡職責、終身學習。參與者對某校護理畢業生有正向的評價,但也提出可改進的建議。透過本研究臨床護理主管對護理畢業生核心能力的見解,研究結果可提供護理教育者設計相關課程時參考。

The purpose of this study was to describe how nursing directors that nursing graduated students' should have the competence, and evaluation on the nursing graduated students' characteristics and competences of one school. The method of this study is based on the qualitative design. Data were collected by face-to-face thematic and semi-structured questionnaires interviews. 16 participants were recruited from the nursing college graduated database of one school. Based on the core eight competence frameworks from Taiwan Nursing Accreditation Council, the study is used with a template analysis method. Here are the result and comparison of analysis: 100% of the participants was evaluated with the importance of general clinical skills critical thinking. Secondary such as other competences with communication and teamwork capability (62.5%), basic bio-medical science (37.5%) and critical thinking and reasoning (18.75%) were also mentioned. Additionally, some competences including caring, ethics, accountability, and life-long learning were addressed by 12.5% of the participants. This study presented perspectives from the core competences of nursing graduates. The results will provide a framework for nursing educators to design further curriculum.
