目的:本研究旨在探討台北縣國小體育教師終身學習素養與創新接受度之現況與相關情形。方法:以國小體育教師577人為對象,採兩階段抽樣方式,透過問卷調查,有效問卷回收492份,有效率85.3%。以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸等進行資料分析。結果:1.體育教師具備高程度終身學習素養,中等程度的創新接受度。2.終身學習素養上,性別、是否體育組科系所畢業、最高學歷、現任職務有顯著差異存在;創新接受度上,現任職務有顯著差異存在。3.終身學習素養(整體)和創新接受度相關最高,終身學習的認知和創新接受度的相關最低。4.終身學習的技能與專業素養可解釋創新接受度變異量。結論:1.體育教師具備良好終身學習素養,但創新接受度仍待提升。2.體育教師不同背景變項,其終身學習素養與創新接受度有差異存在。3.體育教師終身學習素養與創新接受度有顯著正相關存在。4.體育教師之終身學習技能與專業素養能預測其創新接受度。
Purpose: The purpose of this study aims to investigate the current situation and the concerns of the lifelong learning literacy and the innovativeness of the elementary school physical education teachers in Taipei County. Methods: In the study, the questionnaire was developed to examine 577 P.E. teachers and 492 were effective samples at last. The questionnaire returns-ratio was 85.3. All the collected data analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test (independent), one-way ANOVA, Scheff's method, Pearson's correlation and multiple stepwise regression. Results: 1. The P.E. teachers possessed ”high” level of the lifelong learning literacy; however, as far as their innovativeness is concerned, it shows relatively ”medium” level. 2. Significant differences were found in lifelong learning literacy for the P.E. teachers by gender, professional background, academics degree, position. Significant differences were found in the innovativeness for the P.E. teachers by position. 3. There is highly correlation between the lifelong learning literacy and the innovativeness. In addition, the lowest correlation to the innovativeness is lifelong learning cognition. 4. The variance of the innovativeness could be explained by means of both lifelong learning skills and professional literacy. Conclusion: Although the P.E. teachers present high level of lifelong learning literacy, they have to improve their innovativeness. Secondly, the P.E. teachers' lifelong learning literacy and the innovativeness are differentiated by the varied causes of teacher individual variables. Thirdly, there was significant, positive correlation between the lifelong learning literacy and the innovativeness of the P.E. teachers. Lastly, the ”lifelong learning skills” and ”professional literacy” of the P.E. teachers can predict the innovativeness.
