摘要

研究目的：有關促發性犯罪的危險因子分析及性犯罪理論模式，本研究依據Thornton、Beech，或Hanson等人研究團隊、Wolf、Malamuth，或Baumeister等人文獻統整後之推衍，提出四個性暴力攻擊行為預測模型，並嘗試以路徑分析比較此四個模型所架構出之路徑關係，藉以瞭解性犯罪者展現其性暴力攻擊行為背後所隱含之促發與抑制的內在心理病理。研究方法：收集139位性犯罪者之問卷調查資料，並針對四個預測模型所涉及之六個測量變項進行分析。研究結果：本研究透過預測模型之適配度與路徑關係檢定，發現其中兩個模型吻合了性犯罪理論模式之預測。研究結論：「自我控制特質」及「負向情緒調節」兩者與性犯罪者之暴力攻擊行為存在顯著的直接路徑關係，而「同理心反應傾向」與「自尊傾向」兩者則是對性與暴力攻擊行為呈現間接影響的路徑關係。此一結果說明了性犯罪者個人之脆弱性與合流模式等論點對於性犯罪者形成其性與暴力攻擊行為之重要性。

Purpose: This paper reviews the literature on sexual offending risk factors and sexual offending theories, proposes 4 predictive models, and compares them via path analysis. The purpose of this paper is to study the underlying triggering and inhibiting factors to sexual offending and violent assault. Methods: A total of 139 sexual offenders (all males, mean age=35.87) completed aninventory based on the 4 predictive models. Six manifest variables were derived and statistically analyzed. These were self-esteem tendency, self-control trait, negative mood regulation, empathy, index of sexual offending, and index of violent assault. Results: The fit indices and the tests of path coefficients of the alternative models were compared. The results revealed that two of the four alternative models were consistent with predictive theories of sexual offending. Conclusions: Self-control trait and negative mood regulation were found to be directly associated withthe sexual offender's violent assault, while empathy and self-esteem tendency were indirectly associated. The findings illustrate the importance of psychological vulnerabilities and the confluence model ofsexual offenders' violence and sexual assault.
