中藥萃取物-對酪胺酸酶氣化作用之抑制研究

Inhibitory Effect of Chinese Herb Extrace on Tyrosine Oxidation by Tyrosinase

摘要


人們對於中國天然藥草在化粧品上的應用,有很大的興趣,在中國醫藥書籍上,有許多的藥材記錄爲具有使皮膚增白的效果。由於黑色素蛋白的生成是酪胺酸被酪胺酸酶催化氧化後而得的產物,因此我們選擇一些被記載爲可使用於美白霜的藥材,分別用水、丙二醇或水和丙二醇混合液萃取後,測定這些萃取液對酩胺酸氧化作用的抑制效果。 結果顯示,這些使用於美白霜中的藥材,以桔梗、白芷、澤瀉、麥門冬之水萃取液,桔梗、白芷用水和丙二醇混合液萃取的萃取液,桔梗、枸杞子之丙二醇萃取液其有較高的酪胺酸酶抑制效果,可見,傳統中藥材有可能具有美白皮膚的效果。

The application of Chinese herbs for skin bleaching had been recorded in the Chinese medical books. The usage of herbs as the ingredients in the cosmetics become to an interesting topic. The tyrosine oxidation catalyzed by tyrosinase formed melanin is a possible skindarken mechanism. Some herbs have been noted as the skin bleacher are the candidates for studying on the inhibitory effect on tyrosine oxidation by tyrosinase. The extracts of the herbs are obtained by using the solvents of water, propylene glycol, or the mixtures of water and propylene glycol. Our study demonstrates high inhibitory effect of tyrosinase in tyrosine oxidation of some extracts indicates that those herbs have the potential for skin bleaching and could be applied in the cosmetics formulations. These includes extracts of platycodon grandiflorum A. DC., Angelica taiwaniana Boiss, Alisma plantagoaquatica L. var. orientale Samuels, and Ophiopogon japonicus (L.F.) Ker-Gawl. with water, the.extract of platycodon grancliflorum A. DC. and Angelica taiwaniana Boiss with the mixed solvent of water and propylene glycol, and the extract of playtcodon grandifiorum A. DC. and Lycium chinensis Mill-with propylene glycol.
