本論文以實務經驗法則進行研究,將監控系統功能分析歸納及模組化整理,以人機介面為核心,資料通訊為平台,整合不同功能模組成一系統,且其系統規劃必須考量經濟效益。採用資訊化和自動化整合技術,以建立方便簡潔和靈活的系統架構,增強系統的可靠性及可維護性,使得能保持系統的擴充性及先進性。 隨著工商產業不停地進步發展,為了講究時效、創造利潤及永續發展,其相關設備或機器之運作必須即時掌握相關資訊,況且達成安全性、可靠性、省人力化及省能源化已是當務之急,且需隨時掌控複雜或精密的製程狀況、產品良率及節省生產成本等已刻不容緩。因此,配合不同監控對象需求,由學術界研發各種監控理論,而監控裝置供應商產製各種軟體或硬體產品,以提供不同的架構組成來滿足不同層次需求之監控功能。 監控系統之軟硬體技術發展突飛猛進,從傳統的氣動式、油壓式、繼電器式及真空管等裝置演進到使用半導體材料製造,進一步個人電腦/工業級個人電腦、各種信號介面卡、網路裝置與各種人機介面裝置相繼推出應用;目前,以人機介面裝置、圖控軟體、可程式控制器、網路通訊及視訊產品組合系統取代傳統式監控盤、監視盤與操作盤(桌)裝置,為監控系統之主流趨勢。 本論文更以實際建構的網頁型人機介面監控系統應用為例加以探討,並建議其改善方案,以提供有興趣之學術界和產業界先進參考,期以對整合人機介面與監控系統技術建立和應用實務上有所助益。
This paper is based on the real working success experience rules to do research, to analyze the function of control and monitoring system, collect document information and configure it by module function. The HMI become a kernel, data communication network is platform which can put different functional module into one system. Also, the system scheme must consider the economic beneficial result. Since the progress of the industry and commerce, in order to achieve the particular efficiency, creating profit and sustaining development, we have to handle the real-time relative information for operating situation of equipment and machine. The software and hardware technology development of control and monitoring system, which are advanced by leaps and bounds, in this stage, PC/IPC, signal interface card, network device and HMI which are updated quickly, at present, it is the main trend of control and monitoring system development, using the HMI device, graphic control software, PLC, network communication and video audio product combination to replace the function of traditional supervisory control panel, monitoring panel and operating desk.
