二線式照明控制系統與LabVIEW整合之設計與研製

摘要


傳統的照明系統設備要具有控制功能,往往要利用許多繁雜的線路及器材來達成符合需要,造成大量的資源浪費,近年來二線式照明控制系統技術已趨成熟,因而大幅度減低照明控制的門檻,也加強監控系統整合能力,而各公共區域照明控制開關採用二線式控制設備,可依不同使用性質設定不同控制區域集中監控管理,達到有效率使用以節約照明用電。本論文主要利用美商國家儀器的圖控軟體LabVIEW研製二線式照明控制系統開發介面,提供元件使程式設計師更容易規劃、設計的開發環境;使用者獲得更方便、人性化的操作介面,藉由本論文研製二線式通訊模組搭配簡易邏輯概念即可於短時間內開發出一套燈控系統,應用於中、大型監控系統則可透過資料庫技術採用分散式運作增加系統穩定性及效能,遠端遙控時不受開發環境限制可依客戶應用需求自由選擇軟體操作型態,文中亦提出結合光纖傳輸之智慧型通訊器加強系統通訊功能,並且實際整合、測試多種工業控制器及監控設備,以期達成二線式照明控制系統在應用上更加多元化,系統擁有更良好前瞻性。

The conventional lighting control systems utilize a large number of resources. In order to improve efficiency in the management of lighting control, two-way lighting control system technology has been developed in recent years. This technology adopts the function of the monitoring control system. So that the lighting control become more easily to combine the network and database application for improving the function of the monitoring control system. Because this kind of lighting can save energy, two-way lighting control systems have been widely used in new-type buildings. The purpose of this study is to use LabVIEW software package provide by National Instruments to design a perfect interface and powerful development environment. It will offer not only the network and database functions but also a graphical user interface. Such that engineers or users can be easier to know how to design and use the system in a short time. This system provides two different control interfaces for remote control and combines intelligent communication processor and other SCADA equipments. It will be more systematic in developing the application of two-way lighting control system.
