Some many researches pointed out, consumers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty are closely linked. What causes the consumers to produce the loyalty is the enterprise company or supplier’s main focal point. This research investigated a number of 363 consumers who purchases Gang-Shan Township Hot Bean Sauces, and analyzed the influence and connection of their trust, satisfaction and loyalty. The goals of this research are:(1)To investigate the effects of consumers’ trust on both their satisfaction and loyalty at the same time. (2)To find out the effects of consumers’ overall satisfaction on their loyalty. This is an exploration research. First, the framework is established based on relative literature. Then the questionnaire is designed accordingly. This research finds out that there is remarkably positive relevance in the development of consumers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty, which interrelate with one another. Therefore, the shop owner must stand in the consumer’s point as a start, consider and measure the needs of the consumers, then their loyalty can be enhanced.
