顧客信任、滿意度與忠誠度之關聯性研究-以岡山明德豆瓣醬為例

摘要


有許多研究指出消費者的信任、滿意度與忠誠度具有相關性,如何使消費者產生忠誠度是企業公司或供應商主要的焦點,本研究調查了363位購買岡山豆瓣醬的消費者,分析信任、滿意度與忠誠度之影響關係。本研究的實證結果得知(1)顧客在信任建立下對滿意度與忠誠度有正向相關的效果;(2)顧客滿意度對忠誠度有正向的相關。 本研究為探索性研究,先依據相關文獻探討建立研究架構,發展問卷設計。而研究結果發現信任、滿意度與忠誠度有顯著正向影響,彼此三者是層層相關性,因此,店家必須站在消費者為最佳出發點,量身考量消費者所需,進而提高忠誠度。

Some many researches pointed out, consumers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty are closely linked. What causes the consumers to produce the loyalty is the enterprise company or supplier’s main focal point. This research investigated a number of 363 consumers who purchases Gang-Shan Township Hot Bean Sauces, and analyzed the influence and connection of their trust, satisfaction and loyalty. The goals of this research are:(1)To investigate the effects of consumers’ trust on both their satisfaction and loyalty at the same time. (2)To find out the effects of consumers’ overall satisfaction on their loyalty. This is an exploration research. First, the framework is established based on relative literature. Then the questionnaire is designed accordingly. This research finds out that there is remarkably positive relevance in the development of consumers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty, which interrelate with one another. Therefore, the shop owner must stand in the consumer’s point as a start, consider and measure the needs of the consumers, then their loyalty can be enhanced.
