暑訓大專新生對愛滋病之認知程度的調查研究

摘要

本研究之目的乃為了解大學新生對愛滋病的誰知程度，以成功嶺大學新生79年總共18515人為研究對象，采分層集落抽樣法，抽取分層不同旅的8連，進行研究，共取得樣本1524人，於80年10月做調查，經預先測試及專家效度之問卷進行，共取得可用問卷1524份，可用率100%，整理後用SPSS/PC統計程式分析，以百分比、平均數，標準差，x^2,one way ANOVA，所得結果如下：
（一）大學新生在愛滋病知識得分為14.265分，并不理想，滿分22分，最高22分，最低0分，尤其對病因診斷之知識較差。所以目前國內的教育仍需加強。
（二）知識，訊息來源，以同學或同年齡的朋友最多，其他依序為醫學書報、雜誌、大眾傳播、學校課程或老師、色情書報雜誌、錄影帶、醫學界工作人員、兄弟姊妹、父母、其他。
（三）學生人口學上的差异，主要是組別的差异。大學新生對愛滋病知識與其性向有直接關聯。
研究結果可提供教育宣導重點，建議教育當局篩檢色情書刊，避免誤導青少年，并且性教育擴及各年齡層，因為愛滋病患者有年齡層下降趨勢。

The purpose of this study is to investigate freshmen's knowledge about AIDS when they receive summer military training at Cheng-Kong Mountain. The target group consisted of 1524 students among 18,515 trainees. Conducted in Oct. 1991, the investigation was preceded by using pre-test and professional questionnares that register 100% availability. Analysed with SPSS/PC statistic program, percentage, average, marginal error, x^2 and one way ANOVA, what follows are the results:
(I) Testees scored an unsatisfying average of 14.265 ranging from 22, the highest (also a full) score, to 0. Familiarity with the symptoms and pathogenesis of AIDS is so alarmingly low that detailed clinical education should be further implemented.
(II) Testees' knowledge about AIDS mainly came from their classmates and peers. Other sources are: medical reports, pornographic publications, video tapes, people engaged in the medical field, siblings, and parents (arranged by degree of influence).
(III) The main cause of demographic deviation lies in testees's college majors, which are directly related to their academic aptitude.
The results serve as points to be emphasized when educatidnal campaign against AIDS are launched. Authorities are recommended to put more restrictions on pornographic publications, which mislead teenagers. While AIDS patients are getting younger, it is suggested that adult (sexual) education be expanded and implemented on students of all ages.
