造林木高週波拼板膠合之研究(II)麻六甲合歡、木油桐、山黃麻及楓香

摘要


本研究之目的在建立麻六甲合歡、木油桐、山黃麻及楓香四樹種省產造林木之理學性質中之誘電性質等資料,及拼板膠合時使用尿素膠合劑與乙烯脲酯膠合劑之誘電性質,更由此獲得高週波拼板之最佳條件,供業界利用及學術研究之參考。其試驗結果如下:1.尿素膠合劑混合硬化劑(氧化銨)及填充劑(麵粉),或乙烯脲酯膠合劑混合交鏈劑(異氰酸鹽類)之誘電損失率比木材大了許多,故有良好之選擇加熱特性,且誘電損失率較大之膠合劑用於高週波加熱之平均耗電量較少。2.在實驗條件下實施高週波拼板膠合,不論使用尿素膠合劑或乙烯脲酯膠合劑皆只需30秒即可達到理想膠合性能;致於加熱後均需有適當的冷卻時間方可解壓卸料,尤其使用乙烯脲酯膠合劑則需有較長的冷卻時間,以確保其膠合性質。

The purpose of this study is threefold, and that can be applied to wood materials such as the local Malacca Albizzia, Wood Oil Tree, India-charcoal Trema and Formosan Sweet Gum etc. which are from planted forest. First, it is intended to understand how physical properties of the tested species affect on their dielectric properties. Second, it is tried to obtain information about the dielectric properties of UF adhesives or vinyl urethane adhesives mixed with various types and dosage of additives. Finally, it is aimed to find the proper conditions for edge-gluing operation with high-frequency heating. These tests were carried out to obtain and fundamental information concerning edge-gluing operation with high-frequency heating for the local planted trees, and then to develop the market value and the utilizable models for the building, furniture and interior materials. The results indicated that: 1. UF adhesives mixed with hardener (NH_4Cl) and filler (flour) or vinyl urethane adhesives mixed with crosslinker (isocyanates), have higher dielectric loss factor values than that of timber. Therefore, UF adhesives or vinyl urethane adhesives have excellant characteristic for glueline dielectric heating, i.e. the energy consumption was lowered. 2. Edge-gluing the lumber of these species with the tested conditions, whenever applying UF or vinyl urethane adhesive, the heating time of high-frequency operation need for 30 seconds. As the cooling time of high-frequency operation, have need for fitting time, expecially used the vinyl urethane adhesive.
