摘要


本研究係探討單板樹種,用膠量,氣乾比重,耐燃藥劑吸收率,單板貼面處理等條件對長束狀單板層積板耐燃性質之影響,得到次述結果。(1)用膠量與氣乾比重對杉木耐燃與未耐燃長束狀單板層積板之排氣溫度上升性(tc值)、溫度時間面積(td θ值)影響不顯著。而杉木耐燃長束狀單板層積板,在同一用膠量,不同比重,其發煙係數(CA值)則會隨氣乾比重增加而降低。(2)放射松長束狀單板,立安302藥劑耐燃處理24小時,吸收率42.74%之RF24這組可通過CNS 6532耐燃三級之檢測。而欲達餘焰時間符合耐燃標準之30秒以內,所需之安全吸收率為40.40%。(3)耐燃處理可延長排氣溫度上升性,降低發煙係數及餘焰時間(tl值)。(4)貼面用單板經耐燃處理可增進耐燃效能,主要在延長排長溫度上升性。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of manufacture conditions on the fire-retardant properties of long stick laminated veneer board(LSB) . Two groups of long stick were cut from China-fir ("cunninghamia lanceolata")and Radiate Pine ("pinus radiate" D.Don)rotary veneer , one group was immersed with Lee-An 302 fire-retardant(FR)(a mixture of boron, chloride, ammonium sulfate and phosphides) and other group was untreated. Conventional hot press was used to fabricate the LSB with resin contents of 4 %, 6 % and 8 % of bakelite type of phenol formaldehyde, The target densities were 0.45, 0.55, and 0.75 g/cm^3. The results were summarized as follows: (1) The influence of resin content and air-dry specific gravity on exhaust temperature rise(tc) and heat generation(tdθ)Were not significant. However, the values of smoking factor(CA) of CF-type LSB decreased with the increase of specific gravity, under the same resin content. (2) RF24 group of FR-treated LSB of Radiate pine with 24 hrs dipping and an absorption 42.74 % of Lee-An 302 fire-retardant could pass the standard of Grade ill Incompustibility of CNS 6532. But the safety values of absorption content to pass the standard of Grade ill Incombustibility of CNS 6532 on After-flame- time(tl) (≦30 sec) was 40.40 %. (3) The treatment with FR could enlarge the values of tc and reduce the values of CA and tl. (4) The FR-treatment for overlaid veneer would enhanced the fire-retardant abilities, especially in the values of tc.
