家具屬性與生活型態相關分析-以僑光技術學院學生為例

The Correlation Analyses between Furniture's Attributes and Life Styles-A Case Study of OCIT's Students

摘要


抽樣調查僑光技術學院學生,應用典型相關分析,探討家具屬性重視因素與生活型態之關係,獲得有效隨機樣本,同時檢驗量表的變數是否具有顯著的解釋能力。本研究首先進行信度與效度分析,確認量表是可靠與正確的。研究發現:(1)預測變數(生活型態)的線性函數組合與準則變數(家具屬性重視因素)的線性函數組合之間所求得之相關係數為中度相關;(2)兩組線性組合都具有顯著的解釋能力;(3)生活型態方面具有顯著解釋能力的變數有推薦的商品可靠、喜愛實用的商品及注重服務品質;(4)在家具屬性重視因素方面有家具耐久性、家具顏色、售後保證、外觀設計及家具材質等;(5)學生在生活型態上喜愛實用的商品,當有機會選購家具時,較重視家具的耐久性、外觀設計、安全舒適、材質、顏色及功能;(6)在生活型態上注重服務品質,所以重視對家具的售後保證;(7)由所獲得之行銷管理資訊,而建議家具經銷商,應強化服務品質,以滿足消費者需求,提升顧客滿意度,進而促成行銷效果;家具製造業者應針對上述青年學子所重視之屬性,研發具創新且實用之家具,以強化競爭力。

The random sampling survey is used to study the correlation between furniture's attributes and life styles from students at The Overseas Chinese Institute of Technology (OCIT). The reliability and accuracy of our questionnaire have been verified by using reliability and validity analysis. The canonical loadings for each variable can explain the linear combinations significantly. The results show that (1) the linear combination of life style is positive correlated with that of the furniture's attributes; (2) the two linear combinations have significant explanations; (3) the significant variables of the living style are: (i) relying on the recommended products, (ii) the affection of useful products, and (iii) paying attention to the quality of services; (4) the reasons of paying attention on the furniture's attributes are: (i) the durability, (ii) the color, (iii) the warranty, (iv) the design of the appearance, and (v) the materials; (5) students may pay attention to furniture's durability, the design of the appearance, safety and comfort, the materials, color, and the functions; (6) students place importance on the quality of the service, therefore, they pay attention on the warranty after the sale; (7) the marketing information that the students can obtain. Based on the results, we suggest that the management should enhance the quality of service in order to meet customers' need and increase customers' satisfactions. It also suggests that furniture manufactures should spend their research on the materials, color, appearance, durability, and warrantee of the furniture in order to meet young people's need.
