市售飲料中含糖量及甘味料之調查

The Investigation of Sugar Content and Artificial Sweetener in Sampled Beverages

摘要


本調查於本省北區及南區主要縣市之超級市場及零售市場共抽購飲料檢體102件,甘味料依據中國國家標準及行政院衛生署公告方法,糖類利用高效液相層析法予以檢驗。經檢驗結果六大類飲料檢體之含糖量分別為:一、23件果蔬汁飲料檢體平均值為11.5g/100 ml。其中有1件標示「100%天然椰子汁」飲料檢體為4.4g/100ml,l件標示「100%天然柳橙汁」飲料為9.5g/100 ml,2件標示「100%天然葡萄汁」飲料分別為16.5g/100ml」及16.5g/100ml。二、16件咖啡飲料檢體平均值為7.4g/l00ml。三、7件運動飲料檢體平均值為7.5g/100 ml。四、21件茶飲料檢體中有10件標示低熱量、低糖之檢體平均值為4.2g/100 ml,另外11件檢體平均值為8.5g/100 ml。五、19件碳酸飲料檢體中,檢出甘味料4件及標示低熱量之檢體1件之平均值為5.7g/100ml,另外14件檢體平均值為9.7g/100 ml。六、16件其他飲料檢體平均值為9.8g/100 ml。 其次在102件飲料檢體中有4件檢出甘味料,且均屬於碳酸類飲料,1件檢出環己基(代)磺醯胺酸鹽和阿斯巴甜,2件檢出阿斯巴甜,1件檢出糖精,其含量與標示均符合食品添加物使用範圍及用量標準之規定。

In order to investigate the sugar content and artificial sweetener in beverages, 102 samples were randomnly purchased from the supermarkets and retail shops throughout the major counties of northern and southern Taiwan. The sugar content was examined by HPLC, while the artificial sweetener was examined according to CNS and by the official method suggested by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan. The results of sugar content were as following: 1. The average of the 23 samples of vegetable and juice drinks was 11.5 g/l00 ml; the sugar content of one sample labeled ”100% natural coconut juice” was 4.4 g/100ml, while that of one smple labled ”100% natural orange juice” and those of two samples labeled” 100% natural grape juice” were 9.5, 16.5 and 16.8 g/100 ml, respectively. 2. The average of the 16 samples of coffee drinks was 11.5 g/100 ml; 3. The average of the 7 samples of sports drinks was 7.5 g/100 ml; 4. Among the 21 samples of tea drinks, the average of 11 samples that were labeled ”Low calorie Low sugar” was 4.2 g/ml, while that of the others was 8.5 g/100 ml; 5.For 19 samples of carbonated drinks, artificial sweeteners were found within 4 of the 19 carbonated drink samples. Their average sugar content, together with that of one sample labeled ”Low calorie” was 5.7 g/100 ml, while that of an additional 14 samples was 9.7 g/100 ml. 6. The average of the other 16 samples was 9.8 g/100 ml. Artifical sweeteners were examined in 4 of the 102 samples, and those are all carbonated drinks: Cyclamate and aspartame. were found in one sample, aspartame only were found in two samples, while saccharin was found in another sample. However, all the contents of the additives in the 4 samples were below the acceptable level of the rule for food additives.
