以火焰式原子吸收光譜法及分光比色法測定血清金濃度之研究

摘要


本研究嘗試以火焰式原子吸收光譜法測定血清中之金濃度。本法除簡單稀釋外,不需任何其他前處理步驟。因此可避免許多分析之系統誤差,並可節省分析時間和花費,且不需使用標準添加法。其回收率達98.2%。分析之C.V.值,intra-assay為3.8%,inter-assay為4.6%。 本研究亦同時發展分光比色法測血清中金濃度。血清消化後,調pH值至1,再以AgDDC之氯仿溶液萃取。並於242nm波長下定量,不受AgDDC吸收波長(270nm)或其他物質干擾。分析之結果與FAAS相當一致,然此法較費時,但適於無原子吸收光譜儀實驗室使用。

An assay for gold in serum of arthritis patients was developed using the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The method involves no pretreatment of the serum except for simple dilution, thereby eliminating some variables and saving laboratory time and expense. Results were quite consistent when compared with those obtained by using a UV-Visible spectrophotometry after extraction with AgDDC/DHCI3.
