摘要


對高價水產生物養殖體系而言,由於節水,放養密度提高,設備操作複雜化等對環境適應與管理的要求,須更精確把握對集約化系統的資料監測,以保証水產生物的順利成長。由於生物擾動及因收集量測與資料處理所衍生錯誤之噪音系統易干擾觀測序列中生物生產反應變化的訊息。這些改變中有些與生物飼養者關心的生物事件有極大相關,可能需要立即的管理行動。因此,能辨識出各種不同改變的環境訊號形式乃異常重要。本文主要目的乃利用—可做短期預測之遞迴演算技術:卡門濾波,並寫成-BASIC程式以應用在一個草蝦養殖池春、夏季節各一個月期間之溶氧日變動速度監測上做爲實例之探討。濾波監測結果顯示反應改變趨勢包括穩定狀態、暫態反應及斜率改變等三者皆能真實的反應每日實況。且確實在夏季草蝦發生病變死亡當月份內反應出包括三個暫態、二個斜率變化等共五個警示訊息。若實際在應用上,可早期檢測出即將發生的反應之改變,則管理人員便可立即對生物群作適當的處理行動。本文所應用之卡門濾波監測技術應可有效地監測養殖池管理過程及預警其不正常性。

Optimal regulation of the environment surrounding a group of aquatic organismswill result in the best health,growth,and performance of those organisms.Changesin biosystems production responses of observed sequences may be masked by noisy systemwhich are due to biological fluctuation and errors arising in the collection,measurement,and data processing.Some of these changes are related to biological events ofdirect interest and importance for the breeder,which may need immediate managerialintervention.Therefore,it is of prime important to distinguish among various formsof changes.A recursive algorithm:the Kalman filter,for making short-term predictions,was written in BASIC and applied to the daily dissolved oxygen comsumptionrate data of a shrimp pond in spring/summer season.The results showed that trendssuch as steady-state,slope changes and transient responses as differentiated from normal data variation allows the manager to make appropriate management adjustment forthe shrimp pond.The results also indicate that there are three transient and two steadystate responses occurred in the summer when the shrimp disease was found.This methodwas found to be efficient in alarming abnormalities of biosystems.
