使用機械珠磨方式進行top down粉體奈米級化之製程,可在1mm(上標 φ)珠磨石及無水酒精當分散介質條件下珠磨7小時獲得0.2件μm之微粉體。以D-134商用分散劑分散此微粉體,進行液態氮冷凍乾燥,在0.4~0.5 torr之冷凍乾燥條件獲得粉體流動性約28 sec/g。使用此分散粉體進行超高音速鍍膜,在室溫下獲得3μm膜厚之Pb0.77Ca0.25TiO3膜。
Pb0.77Ca0.25TiO3 sub-micron (0.2μm) crystal powder was obtained from the attritting process with 1mm(superscript φ) yttrium-zirconia ball and absolute ethanol dispersant for 7hr milling. The obtained powder was further dispersed in D-134 commercial dispersant, then freeze dried at 0.4~0.5 torr to achieve suitable flow property 28 sec/g. This freeze dried powder was used in supersonic jet process to complete the deposition film thickness of 3μm Pb0.77Ca0.25TiO3 without heating the substrate.
