臺灣說唱音樂「唸歌子」之探析

摘要

臺灣說唱音樂-「唸歌子」，是臺灣最具代表性的說唱曲種，唱詞是以閩南語來演唱，為運用歌謠曲調來說唱故事，所以具有歌謠和說唱雙重意義。就歌謠來說，它是一種鄉土語言自然的旋律，最能脈動廣大群眾的心裡，流露鄉土的真聲，也就是說它是語言最自然的一種音樂旋律；就音樂而言，可以從中了解語言和音樂是最自然融合；就說唱來說，「說」是用散文在說故事，「唱」就是用歌謠在唱故事。聆聽說唱藝人的唸歌，不但得到娛樂，也從中吸收知識，領悟做人處事的道理，而達到社會教化的功能。本文藉由唸歌子的題材內容、曲牌及藝人的說唱特色之介紹，來了解在臺灣這塊土地上，研究唸歌子的專家學者及藝人，為了保存、傳承及發揚唸歌子說唱藝術所做的努力，希望能引起大家對唸歌子這項逐漸沒落的說唱藝術有多一點認識與關注。

The Taiwanese narrative song- ＂liam-koa-a＂ is the most representative genre of narrative art performed in Taiwan nowadays. It's sung in Min-nan dialect to tell folk stories, so it's a combination of music and narrative. Taiwanese narrative songs follow the natural melodies of the language, which are instantly resonant with the public's hearts and help express the audience's feeling. The narrative part of the song tells folk stories in prose; and the singing presents the stories with music. While the audience was entertained by the performance, they acquired practical knowledge of daily life and learned the proper way of conduct in the society. The narrative song was also transforming the society for the better. By introducing the content, tune types and different features of the narrative song artists, the author wants to illustrate the great works produced by the artists and scholars who have spared no effort in preserving, teaching and promoting the art of Taiwanese narrative song for the past two decades. In addition, the author tries to bring the public's attention to this precious but waning music art of Taiwan.
