In March 2017, China's General Secretary Xi Jinping declared the "New Military Powered by Technology" strategy for the reformation doctrine of People's Liberation Army (PLA). By integrating military and civilian high-tech capacities and combining another strategy of "Networking Nation", this strategy tends to fulfill Xi's ultimate "Super Military Power Dream" mandate. In fact, PLA already began this engineering since 2016 in its internal political warfare reform whose major projects matched the strategy, including linkage between "Lifeline" and "Data Link" by big data. This article starts off exploring the strategical meaning of "New Military Powered by Technology", and then examines PLA's Political Warfare's organization structure in charge of information technology by focusing on the rise of big data techs and its applications. In the end, several suggestions are proposed for our national armed force including building our own military big data system.
