向陽絹雲母礦水熱合成方沸石之研究

A Study on the HydrothermaI Synthesis of AnaIcime from Hsiang-Yang Sericite Ore

摘要


向陽絹雲母礦中含絹雲母及葉蠟石二主要礦物。本研究以水熱反應合成方沸石,探討溫度、固/液比、Na_2SiO_3濃度、反應時間之影響。在[Na_2SiO_3〕=5M,固/液比1/15,240℃之條件下,水熱反應12 hr,方沸石生成量最大,晶體呈完整之四角三八面體晶形。

Hsiang-Yang sericite ore is composed of two major minerals-sericite and pyrophyllite. This study investi- gated the effects of temperature, solids/liquid ratio, Na_2SiO_3 concentration and reaction time on the hydrothermal synthesis of analcime. Under the conditions of [Na_2SiO_3]=5M, S/L=1/15, 240°C and 12 hr reaction, the amount of analcime synthesized reached maximum. The analcime crystals show perfect trapezohedron shape.
