新風力規範對台灣地區溫室結構影響之探討

The Effect of New Wind-Force Regulations on Greenhouse Structure in Taiwan

摘要


台灣地區溫室一般採用冷軋型鋼為構材,溫室自重較一般建築物為輕,結構本身易受風力影響,因此本研究利用結構分析軟體對溫室進行模擬,探討台灣新舊不同風力規範對溫室結構的影響,以供相關業者參考。本研究設定之溫室構造及規格下,舊有的「風力」規範產生較高的抗風風速,較修訂後的「耐風設計」規範多承受約1m/s的風速,兩者相差不到一個風級數。就現行溫室柱腳支承而言,本研究九種支承組合裡,最大抗風強度組合與最小抗風強度組合,兩者相差近兩個風級數。而溫室中的力霸樑鋼筋部份採用相同外徑之圓鋼和圓鋼管兩者相比較,利用圓鋼管當力霸樑構件時,可提升2倍承受應力,也可以減輕約69%的構件重量。

The greenhouses in Taiwan generally constructed with the cold-rolled steel. The cold-rolled steel is lighter than the other materials and is much easier influenced by wind force. This study imitated the structure of a greenhouse, and analysis it by computer software. We are trying to find out the differences from the old and new wind-force standards on the structure of greenhouses, and take the result as reference for the relevant industry. Under greenhouse structure and specification used in this study, the old wind-force standard lead to higher wind-resistant wind speed, 1 m/s higher than the windresistance- design standard. The differences from the two methods are less than one (wind scale number). For nine different supporting combinations, the differences between the maximum and minimum wind-resistant strengths are about two wind scale number.In the greenhouse, solid round steel and steel tube, both having the same outside diameters, are used as the truss beam steel bars. The weight of steel tube is 69% lighter than the solid round steel, but it can with stand two times stress than solid round steel can do.
