Time-reversal invariance in the gamma transitions were investigated by observing the angular distribution of the linear polarization of the mixed (E2, Ml) 7 transitions in 192Pt and 192Os from a source of 192IrFe polarized at a low temperature of 9.3 (1) mK. As the polarimeters, four thin disk-type (two 44 mmø x 15 mm, two 51 mmø x 20 mm) detectors were used. The linear polarization could be detected in single y-ray measurements by these detectors. The asymmetries of the 308-, 484- and 604- keV 7 rays were measured. Values of phase angles of sin(η + ξ) were obtained to be (-0.6 f 14.4) x 10^(-3), (0.0 f 30.0) x 10^(-3) and (-2.1 ± 5.3) x 10^(-3) for the 308-, 485- and 604-keV 7 transitions, respectively. These results are consistent with time reversal invariance.
