Considering the impact of imported milk on Taiwan's milk market, the local milk industry should analyze its supply chain. In our research, we first looked at some issues related to product flow, financial flow, information flow, and collaboration in the milk supply chair. Then, sixteen basic factors in those four frameworks were chosen for evaluation. Based on the methodology of analytic Hierarchy process (AHP), this study surveyed the opinions of experts to evaluate the success factors. The results show that the six major success factors are as follows: the collaboration on product flow, financial flow and information flow, quality management of raw milk, quantity control of milk, and the allocation o milk production in the winter and summer seasons. Following the discussion of these success factors the discussion extends to some implications for the ”blue ocean strategy” of the milk industry. Some factors that might need to be addressed were proposed.
