荔枝冷藏外銷供應鏈模式及發展策略之研究：以臺中市荔枝外銷新加坡為例

摘要

荔枝為臺灣重要經濟果樹之一，臺中市為臺灣荔枝重要產區，主要栽培在太平、大里、霧峰等地區，品種以黑葉為最多約佔70%，是臺灣唯一有出口到新加坡的產區。近年來以「冷鏈技術」低溫保存方式維持荔枝鮮度，使我國荔枝鮮果在新加坡市場完全展現出應有的品質。透過建立「荔枝冷藏供應鏈」，有助於穩定荔枝市場價格，保障農民收益。本研究運用SWOT、供應鏈管理等學理，探討荔枝冷藏外銷新加坡的供應鏈模式，分析荔枝冷藏外銷供應鏈成本及收益，並研議相關發展策略，期建構更有效能之荔枝冷藏外銷供應鏈模式。

Litchi is one of the important economic fruits in Taiwan. Taichung is one of main litchi planting areas, mainly grown in the Taiping region, Dali region, and Wufen regions, about 70%Hei Yeh species. Taichung is the only Litchi export area to Singapore. In recent years, ＂cold chain technology＂ cryopreservation method was adopted to maintain litchi freshness, so the litchi fruit in Singapore market are of proper quality. By creating the cold storage supply chain, it is helpful to stabilize litchi market prices and safeguard farmers' income. In this study, the methodology of SWOT analysis and supply chain management is applied to explore the cold storage supply chain model for exporting litchi to Singapore. Its costs and benefits are also evaluated. Development strategies are proposed to establish an effective cold storage supply chain for exporting litchi.
