圖書館利用指導中之資訊倫理課程規劃

摘要


近年來,由於資訊技術的迅速發展,尤其是電腦與通訊技術的結合,不僅改變人們使用資訊的行為,亦影響人們在檢索、處理、儲存、使用資訊時的行為規範。本文旨在探討如何將資訊倫理,融人於圖書館利用指導中。文中,首先界定資訊倫理的定義及探討資訊倫理的範疇。隨後,規畫各類圖書館利用指導活動中的資訊倫理教學單元,並建議其相關的教學內容、教學方法、傳授時機及分配的時間。最後,對於資訊倫理融人於圖書館利用指導的發展,提出三項建議:一、加強圖書館員資訊倫理的知識;二、加強圖書館員的指導教學能力;三、建立資訊倫理資源中心。

Owing to the mergence of computer and telecommunication, not only the user's behaviors have changed, but also the user's ethics and morality have changed dramatically. The purpose of this article is to develop a proposal for teaching information ethics in library instruction program. First, the definition and scope of information ethics will be discussed. Second, the information ethics curriculum will be proposed for various kinds of user instruction programs. Finally, the author would like to make three suggestions on future development of teaching information ethics in library instruction program: I. enlargment of librarian's information ethics knowledge, 2. enhancement of librarian's teaching ability, 3. establishment of the information ethics center.
