New Vision of China-Taiwan Relation under Globalization

摘要

上世紀90年代蘇聯瓦解，終結兩極體系的意識形態對壘，既開啓後冷戰時代也加速現代化的全球互依與互存。冷戰結束與兩極體系瓦解，使各國莫不致力於重建新的國際政經秩序，或調整自身定位以便在新世紀獲得有利態勢。基於後冷戰的國際權力變遷與全球化的轉型特性，本文提出五個面向的新型兩岸關係：一、走向管理性的兩岸關係；二、走向協商代替對立的兩岸關係；三、走向政治為經濟服務的兩岸關係；四、走向跨岸意識的兩岸關係；五、走向非國家權力形式的兩岸關係。

In nineties of last century, the collapse of USSR terminated Bi-polar system confrontation, and opened up the post-Cold War era, which accelerated the global interdependence of modernization. The end of Cold War urges other states to devote themselves to the reconstruction of the international order and the political-economic relations, and to adjust their positions with an aim to gain advantages in new era. Due to the international power change in post-Cold War and the transformative characters of globalization, the author proposes five types of new vision for China-Taiwan relation: 1. manageable relation 2. negotiable relation (instead of confrontation) 3. relation of economic-oriented politics 4. cross-strait consciousness relation. 5. non-state relation.
