開發輔助機電工程施工作業之擴增實境系統

DEVELOPING THE AR-BASED SYSTEM TO ASSIST MEP CONSTRUCTION

摘要


機電工程有工項多與介面複雜的特性,2D圖說無法有效彙整龐大的工程資訊,而具3D空間資訊的BIM雖可提供資訊但缺乏即時應用於工程現場的功能,且常因工程現場與預計施作內容的差異,造成變更資訊缺乏系統化地保存與傳遞。為解決上述問題,本研究首先解析機電工程施工作業所需之資訊與操作需求,並且制定符合機電工程施工作業要求之BIM轉換至AR與雲端資料庫連結架構,提升了BIM與AR的協同性。接著開發結合BIM與AR之協同架構應用程式,配合輔助功能開發與雲端資料庫的連結,提升BIM模型於工程現場即時應用的能力。

At construction job site, engineers have to deal with interrelationships and conflicts between various working activities during MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction. The traditional 2-dimensional drawings cannot provide detail information for solving those issues occurring. Although 3D BIM can provide information to solve space conflicts, it is hard to locate 3D BIM properly according to various MEP construction activities. In addition, if the discrepancy of the information between the design and on-site situation occurs, it is also difficult to notice differences and identify these changes in real time. Therefore, this research first analyzes the informational and operational needs in the MEP construction to establish the mechanism of converting BIM to AR and building the cloud database that fulfills the requirements of MEP construction. Then a collaborative application that integrates BIM and AR to provide information to assist engineers during MEP construction is developed. As a result, the proposed application with the auxiliary functions can improve the MEP construction activities in terms of acquiring and updating information in real time.
