運用“品質機能展開”概念提升臺灣護理教育品質之可行性分析

摘要

二十一世紀於全球化、高科技、以及資訊化之激烈競爭下，各專業領域皆面臨極大的衝擊與挑戰。教育品質的提升係為強化教及學的品質，而品質機能展開概念於教育品質的提升及強化上，涵蓋範圍應以整體面向做考慮，包括：護理教育者的教學方式、評量方式、以及創新教學內容且多元化，亦該隨著醫療健康體系的轉變而做調整與創新，俾使護理學生畢業後能因應多變化的醫療環境。此外，品質機能展開係建立一套適合在教育體係中需求的程式，其能滿足學生「需求」與聽見學生之「聲音」。本文試圖藉以「品質機能展開」及「教育品質」相關文獻資料進行彙整分析，冀望以提升護理教育者的護理教學品質、以及增進護理學生畢業後護理執業能力。繼而，提升整體護理教育的品質意識，作為各層級護理教育課程擬訂、創新教學方式、以及相關研究應用之參考。

In the twenty-first century, under the severe competition of globalization, high-technology and information, all the professional areas are confronted by great challenges. The promotion of education quality mainly aims to improve the quality of teaching and learning, while the application of quality function deployment to the education quality promotion should call for all dimensions into consideration, including the teaching methods of the nursing educators, the performance assessment, and the innovative and diverse content. This means that the adjustment and innovation made to conform to the changes in the health-care system will enable student nurses to cope with any changes in the future. In addition, the purpose of the quality function deployment is to set an appropriate procedure suitable in the education system, to fit in with the concept of meeting students' ”needs” and following their ”demands.” This study attempts to do a literature review of ”quality function deployment” and ”education quality” to improve the education quality for the nursing educators, to reinforce the student nurses' practicing competencies, and to further enhance the whole nursing quality awareness. Thus this study may serve as a reference for different levels of curriculum development, innovation teaching methods, and some other related topics.
