摘要

In MR imaging, the rapidly flowing blood emits no detectable signal (Flowvoid sign). This finding is very useful in the identification of normal fast flow artery without the injection of contrast material. Three cases of arterial occlusion diagnosed by MR by observing the loss of the normal 'flow-void sign' is being reported. In addition, other factors that may cease flow-void are discussed.

在磁振造影中，快速流動的血液不會釋出任何可偵測的訊號，此稱作＂Flow-void＂徵兆。此現象使我們很容易辦認出正常快速流動的動脈。吾等近經驗三例病人均於磁振造影時，彼等腦部動脉無上述正常＂Flow-void＂，並增強其訊號，故診斷為動脉阻塞。三例病人均經血管攝影證明之。其他可能引起血管內訊號加強者在此亦加以討論。
