新型生質阻燃協效材料研究

Eco-Friendly Synergistic Flame Retardant Based on Lignin

摘要


本研究是以木質素作為生質系阻燃協效材料,結合磷系阻燃劑DOPO製備複合型阻燃劑,採用含浸方式對聚酯布料進行加工處理,以TGA、LOI進行性質分析。加工布料在燃燒時因木質素碳化形成了碳化層,融滴現象明顯減少,減緩因融滴滴落造成劇烈燃燒之情形。以熱重損失分析結果顯示,複合型阻燃劑加工布料在800℃時的碳殘餘量亦有顯著提升,碳化效果相當顯著。

In this study, we used lignin as synergistic flame retardant material combined with 9, 10-Dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (DOPO) to prepare novel flame retardant. Polyester fabric was treated with this novel flame retardant by dipping process. The evaluation of thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and limiting oxygen index (LOI) were also studied. The anti-dripping property of Polyester fabric treated with lignin was improved due to the forming of char layer. TGA result showed that the char yield ratio at 800℃ of the polyester fabric treated with novel flame retardant was increased significatly. The effect of char layer was very signification.
