摘要

智慧服飾以導電纖維發展醫療級心電圖用彈性織物電極，通過ISO 10993生物相容性與ANSI/AMMI EC 12功能性驗證，發展心率偵測健康照護智慧服飾。智慧服飾透過與三軍總醫院復健部合作，取得IRB核可並通過確效性驗證，初步在運動輔助精簡醫療人力獲得成效。本研究則進一步進行臨床應用價值評估，透過智慧服飾與健康處方APP，輔助多重慢性病患者透過運動強度的追蹤與回饋，達到慢性疾病的改善。本研究主要開發並建構復健輔助追蹤與分析系統，慢性疾病患者透過智慧服飾與健康處方APP的配合使用進行居家復健，復健輔助追蹤與分析系統臨床使用案例達23人次；追蹤系統正確度達100%，分析系統準確度＞98%。

The smart healthcare management apparel was developed by using medical grade elastic fabric type ECG electrodes, which passed ISO standard biocompatibility and ANSI/AMMI EC 12 functional verification. From the clinically validated results and the advancement of rehabilitation assistance in clinical application at the previous IRB plan that co-work with Tri-Service General Hospital, we found that rehabilitation training at home could downsize medical staff. In the study, we evaluate the effect of smart clothing that used on rehabilitation clinical application. The smart healthcare management apparel and health promotion APP assists the patients with multiple chronic diseases get rehabilitation training at home. The APP can recorded and feedback the exercise intensity data to notice the patients if they do the training well. We develop the rehabilitation tracking and analysis system. Through smart apparel and health promotion App, we complete the rehabilitation application service system verification and diffusion. The tracking and analysis system get 100% correct rate and 98% accuracy which from 23 persons that participated the project.
