摘要

IPTV產業在未來將樂觀成長，市場商機無限，目前IPTV現有的產業問題及需求，主要是IPTV系統無共通標準。由於無共通標準，IPTV開放架構也不易推動，也由於設備商與軟體開發商切入不易，造成系統建置成本與服務開發成本增加。鑒於這些產業問題及需求，國際組織Open IPTV Forum (OIPF)正分別發展與推動IPTV標準與End-to-End系統互通規範。本文將就目前OIPF標準的現況做分析，並提出未來的發展與規劃。

The market of IPTV has a promising future in business growth. There are no common standards in the current IPTV industry, and this becomes a major obstacle in the promotion of IPTV. This results in higher cost in system distributions and new service developments for vendors and software developers. Open IPTV Forum (OIPF) is currently working on developing and promoting standards for IPTV and End-to-End system interoperability. This article will analyze the present OIPF specifications and its future prospects.
