新生血管性青光眼之睫狀坦部濾孔術―1例報告
Pars Plana Filtering Operation in Neovascular Glaucoma
摘要
新生血管性青光眼之治療是極難的，內科療法以及傳統的濾孔手術時常失敗，而睫狀體冷凍療法與光凝固術雖為目前所採用較為理想的方法，但難以確定其效果。作者嚐試使用新的手術方法－經過睫狀坦部的濾孔手術，來治療此種疾病，獲得良好的結果。

Goniophotocoagulation and panretinal-photocoagulation can prevent neovascularization of the angle, but require multiple treatments. Once neovascular glaucoma developed, the treatment is often disappointed and freguently results in a blind, painful eye. Medical therapy and conventional filtering surgery is rarely suscessful. Cyclocryotherapy is considered the preferred treatment, but multiple treatments are needed and significant complications do occure. Here, one case of neovascular glaucoma underwent pars plana filtering operation, with suscessful control of intraocular pressure is reported.
