帶狀角膜病變之外科治療
Band Keratopathy: Surgical Approach
摘要
帶狀角膜病變導因於眼睛慢性疾病、外傷或全身性疾病等。其主要症狀為異物感、畏光和視力減退。有多種方法嘗試用於治療此種病變，但以鉸合劑EDTA配合顯微手術刮除來治療，為最簡單安全與有效。

Band keratopathy, caused by a variety of ocular chronic diseases, trauma, or systemic diseases, produces foreign body sensation, photophobia and decreased vision. Many different methods have been used for treating the disease, but, at present time, the simpler, safer and more effective method is to remove the superficial calcium with a No 15 scalpel blade scraping the cornea while instillating the chelating agent, EDTA.
